I AM UNITY Enterprise LLC was founded with a mission to support veterans navigating housing, benefits, and stability. As we expanded our reach to Pennsylvania, we broadened our impact to serve adults with disabilities through our comprehensive Supportive Independent Living Program (SILP). Today, we remain committed to our core values of Unity, Stability, Independence, Compassion, and Professionalism, guided by DHS/ODP standards of excellence.
Our primary program, SILP, serves individuals who need daily support, accessible housing, and independence coaching to build skills and confidence. Our Veterans Program continues as an active secondary initiative, ensuring we honor our commitment to those who served. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to live independently in a safe, predictable environment with the compassionate support they need to thrive.
Our Services
Supportive Independent Living Program (SILP)
Our primary service providing daily support, accessible housing, and independence coaching for adults with disabilities. We create safe, predictable environments while building skills and confidence to promote long-term independence.
IAU SILP Provides:
Daily living support Hygiene assistance Meal preparation Medication reminders Skill‑building Community integration Transportation assistance Appointment coordination Safety checks Tenancy sustaining services Who qualifies: Adults (18+) with physical, developmental, or mobility‑related disabilities who benefit from structured daily support.
Secondary Program: Veterans Navigation & Stability
This program remains active and will expand as our Pennsylvania operations grow.
